With weekly launch events for the Burj Downtown area, EMAAR had to find an efficient way of profiling upcoming developments to potential buyers.
Still images, even if they are taken from all possible angles cannot provide the required information for the human brain to understand 3D space. Since we live and move in 3D space, it is hard for people to establish spatial connection between two printed graphics of an apartment.
We created interactive 3D spaces to help prospective buyers instantly understand the look and feel of each apartment block on sale within seconds. After delivering more than 15 apartments for the launch events we were asked to design and build the interactive map for the Burj Downtown area.
